Or why not visit the award-winning National Space Centre which is the UK's largest attraction dedicated to space and luckily for us, right on our doorstep. Or take 'one small step' into the past and head over to see the dinosaurs, mummies and much more at New Walk Museum which is only minutes away from Leicester Railway Station, so easily accessible from wherever you are within our county.

Ride on a stram train through the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, feed the goats and donkeys and hug the rabbits in cuddle corner at Stonehurst Family Farm. Or take your shoes and socks off at Conkers and get your feet muddy in the barefoot walk, or try out the outdoor adventure day which combines water sports with forest ranger activities.
