Visitors to the UK’s largest cheese fair can sample and purchase any of the 250 popular and rare cheeses on show from 50 exhibitors including the leading names in UK artisan cheese production.

Caws Rhyd y Delyn from Anglesey is the 50th exhibitor to sign up to the annual Artisan Cheese Fair, taking place in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire from 2-3 May 2015.

The Artisan Cheese Fair will be held from 10am to 4pm from 2-3 May 2015 at the Livestock Market, Scalford Road. Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire LE13 1JY. Entry to the Fair is just £2 per person, payable on the gate.

Menai Jones from Caws Rhyd y Delyn said: “We produce a soft ripened cheese, handmade on our family farm in Pentraeth, near Anglesey. We’re really looking forward to showcasing our produce alongside some of the best and rarest cheeses in the UK at the Artisan Cheese Fair this year.”

Visitors to the Fair will have the opportunity to taste some of the cheeses on display. They can also learn about cheese in the daily programme of talks, demonstrations and tastings given by industry experts including the Stilton Cheesemakers Association, as well as enjoying other local produce including ales, wines, chutneys and Melton Mowbray’s famous Pork Pie.
