Congratulations to Charles Rycko, Reception Manager at the Belmont, who has successfully completed his NVQ Level 3 in hospitality supervision & leadership. He is pictured with June Norris from Brooksby and Melton college who delivers NVQ & apprenticeship courses to the Belmont team. Charles said, "I have really enjoyed the course and am very proud to have completed it, my parents were so pleased they are taking me on holiday!"
June said "We have a positive relationship with the hotel, and are working with them to improve the skill levels throughout, I am delivering courses to bar, sales, housekeeping and reception staff and helping support an ongoing culture of development at the hotel."
