Home to Leicester City Football Club - Champions of the Barclays Premiership League

The entire football world has been talking about the exploits of Leicester City Football Club on their journey to winning the English Premiership season as champions for the first time ever.

The whole city and county has cheered them on their way.

Come and join the party, there's lots to celebrate.

Visit Leicester and Leicestershire and explore the home of Leicester City Football Club, champions of the Barclays Premiership League and Mark Selby, the 'jester from Leicester', snooker world champion.

Join in the victory parade taking place on Monday 16th May.  Have a celebratory meal and a drink to toast the winners. Take a taste of 'Vardy's Volley' light ale, 'Vardyccino' coffee, or perhaps some Singha beer chocolates.  Wander around the city and soak up the atmosphere and take part in the celebrations that will continue for weeks.  Leicester city will be one big party celebrating Leicester City Football Club's success!

Leicester invites you to the party:

• 3pm – family-friendly activities begin at Victoria Park. 

• 4.30pm – highlights from Leicester City’s Premier League-winning season will be shown on the stage at Victoria Park.

• 6pm – open-top bus tour will start from Jubilee Square, making its way through Leicester and finishing at Victoria Park.  During the bus tour, there will be family-friendly viewing platforms at Curve – who will also be hosting a range of family-friendly activities.

• 7pm – buses will arrive at Victoria Park, players will be on stage giving supporters another chance to see the team and the Barclays Premier League trophy. Activities and entertainment will take place up until 9pm, when the stage show will conclude.


It's not just football we're celebrating: 

At the end of May another Leicester success is coming back to town.  Kasabian are holding two concerts at the King Power Stadium.  If you've got your tickets take a look below at the accommodation that is available.

Book a short break and visit the King Richard III Visitor Centre and discover how the mortal remains of the king were found and proven to those of the last king of England to die in battle.

Kasabian have announced plans to play a special one-off gig at Leicester City's football ground.

The band has booked two concerts at the King Power Stadium on May 28th & 29th.
