Stonepits Farm is situated in a rural location ideal for walkers, cyclists and car owners, but difficult to access by anyone relying on public transport services.

Access from the M1 and the west via Melton Mowbray

Using Melton Mowbray as a stating point, take the A607 out of town towards Grantham, following the brown signs for 'Twin Lakes Park'. About a mile out of the town centre on a sharp right-hand bend turn left towards Scalford, again following the Twin Lakes sign. Pass the entrance to Twin Lakes and continue along this road for a further 2 miles. The road eventually drops towards Scalford; at the bottom of the hill is a sharp left-hand bend. Turn right just after this bend, taking the road for Wycomb. After 1 mile is stone-built bus shelter on the right hand side: take the left turn opposite into village of Wycomb. Approximately 75 yards down the hill take the narrow turning between the houses on the right-hand side. Follow this road for approx 200 yards, we are situated at the end of the road, last house on the left.

Access from the east at the A1 via Grantham

Leaving Grantham, take the A607 towards Melton Mowbray. After Approximately 9 miles turn right at the crossroads in Waltham on the Wolds, signposted Eastwell. The road drops for half a mile; as it starts to rise take the turn on the left towards Goadby Marwood. At the top of the hill turn left again following signs for Wycomb. After 1.5 miles there is a stone-built bus shelter on the left hand side of the road; take the right turn opposite the village of Wycomb. Approximately 75 yards down the hill take the narrow turning between the houses on the right-hand side. Follow this road for approximately 200 yards, we are situated at the end of the road and is the last house on the left.
