Melton Mowbray Food Festival

The Melton Mowbray Food Festival is one of the largest regional food festivals in the country.  It takes place in the UK’s Rural Capital of Food at the Cattle Market in Melton Mowbray.

Thousands of visitors will flock to Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire for some of the UK’s best locally-produced food and drink.

In addition to the traditional, local specialities of Stilton Cheese and Melton Mowbray Pork Pies, visitors will also be able to taste and buy food and delicacies from across the UK and around the world. UK and international street food will be available in a special catering area.

There will be a professional food theatre where visitors can enjoy a full programme of talks and demonstrations. Children have their own dedicated family fun area where they can learn about food with practical hands experiences. Entertainment will be provided by the New St George Morris dancers and the Melstrum Ukulele Band.

Advance tickets are £5 in advance or £6 on the gate, children under 16s free.

Venue: Melton Mowbray Cattle Market, LE13 0HS
