Visit Leicester and Leicestershire this Christmas

This Christmas Leicester and Leicestershire has lots to offer, with our major attractions beginning to decorate for visitors and a selection of festive events taking place, from craft fairs to workshops - Leicester and Leicestershire is the place to be throughout the holidays!

The city will be flooded with lights as the Christmas Lights Switch On takes place on the Thursday 17th November, with a stage programme from 5pm and the lights being switched on at 6.30pm. The Winter Food and Drink Festival returns on Sunday 20th November, filling Leicester Market with a fabulous variety of local food and drinks.

Last year's popular Wheel of Light will return to Jubilee Square and will feature a range of family activites and entertainment.

Winter Fair at Beaumanor Hall
