The detached fully gas central heated cottage provides spacious accommodation for up to five guests. There are three upstairs bedrooms (double, twin, single), bathroom with large shower cubicle, plus useful small downstairs cloakroom. The open fully equipped kitchen / diner extends onto a back room (ideal for family games or the perfect reading place) with double sofa bed for additional guest use. And the comfortable front lounge with free view television / DVD player offers further space for relaxation.

The cottage stands in a private walled garden, secure and child friendly. Ideal for children and dogs. There is a double garage, ample off road parking space and outside sitting areas. Rear elevated views span the beautiful open countryside.

Bruntingthorpe village is full of character and charm. There are several walks to take through surrounding picturesque countryside and the two village pubs, local pubs and restaurants in the area worthy of a visit.
The village is close to the country market towns of Lutterworth (7 miles) and Market Harborough (12 miles), the city of Leicester (10 miles), and centrally located for major motorways (M1 / M6 / M69).

From M1 South - exit 20 Lutterworth - Gilmorton-Pealting Parva - Bruntingthorpe
From M1 North - exit 21(fosse park) - Blaby - Countesthorpe- Willoughby Waterleys - Bruntingthorpe. From Leicester A5199 (the former A50) turn off at Arnesby to Bruntingthorpe. From A14 exit 1 at Welford then A5199 leave at crossroads with Bruntingthorpe to Saddington.

Bus - St Margaret's bus station Leicester.
Countesthorpe or Blaby nearest bus stops to village.
Swift valley coaches operate a service calling at the village on route to Leicester twice a week and the royal mail bus calls on route to Lutterworth several times most days.
